Ned\u00e1vno pri hraban\u00ed sa v&nbsp;star\u00fdch fotk\u00e1ch som v\u0161ak jedno na\u0161iel. Na chv\u00ed\u013eu som sa zastavil a&nbsp;usmial sa. Presne som si spomenul na moment, kedy a&nbsp;pre\u010do som to selfie odfotil, a&nbsp;hlavne na to, k\u00fdm som v&nbsp;tom momente bol. Selfie, ktor\u00e9 vid\u00edte v\u013eavo hore, je z&nbsp;roku 2016 a&nbsp;zachyt\u00e1va moju \u201emali\u010dkos\u0165\u201c zo \u0161tudentsk\u00fdch \u010dias, ako sa pr\u00e1ve rozhodla spravi\u0165 seflie d\u00fafaj\u00fac, \u017ee to \u010fal\u0161ie bude o trochu lep\u0161ie. Pre\u0161li odvtedy 4 roky a&nbsp;ja som okam\u017eite vedel, \u017ee asi teraz je ten spr\u00e1vny \u010das sk\u00fasi\u0165 spravi\u0165 to \u010fal\u0161ie selfie. V\u00fdsledok vid\u00edte hne\u010f ved\u013ea. Ke\u010f sa pozriem na tieto selfie\u010dka, vid\u00edm dvoch r\u00f4znych \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed sa l\u00ed\u0161ia najmenej v&nbsp;dvoch z\u00e1sadn\u00fdch veciach. S\u00fa to zdravie a sk\u00fasenosti. V&nbsp;tomto pr\u00edbehu je v\u0161ak d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 to, \u010do tieto dve fotky aj napriek o\u010dividn\u00fdm rozdielom sp\u00e1ja. Po \u0161tyroch rokoch pokusov a&nbsp;omylov teraz viem, \u017ee na obidvoch fotk\u00e1ch je len oby\u010dajn\u00fd \u010dlovek, ktor\u00fd v\u0161ak nestratil chu\u0165 p\u00fdta\u0165 sa ot\u00e1zky a&nbsp;h\u013eada\u0165 odpovede. Ako je to mo\u017en\u00e9 ? Okrem nadv\u00e1hy som bol viac menej zdrav\u00fd chlapec. Moje jedin\u00e9 zdravotn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my boli sn\u00e1\u010f \u201elen\u201c ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00e9 respira\u010dn\u00e9 choroby. Z\u00e1sadn\u00e1 zmena pri\u0161la v&nbsp;roku 2012, kedy mi bola diagnostikovan\u00e1 tzv. IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease). Bolo mi povedan\u00e9, \u017ee to je chronick\u00e1 autoimunitn\u00e1 choroba. Ne\u0161pecifick\u00fd \u010drevn\u00fd z\u00e1pal, ktor\u00fd bude so mnou do konca \u017eivota. Pri tejto chorobe, podobne ako pri akejko\u013evek inej chronickej chorobe, lek\u00e1ri predpisuj\u00fa lieky na zmiernenie sympt\u00f3mov. Robia to vtedy, ke\u010f pr\u00ed\u010dinu choroby ozna\u010dia ako idiopatick\u00fa (nezn\u00e1mu). Na\u0161a medic\u00edna je v&nbsp;tak\u00fdchto pr\u00edpadoch ak\u00fdmsi mana\u017e\u00e9rom sympt\u00f3mov, nako\u013eko presne nevie ur\u010di\u0165, \u010do tento stav (chorobu) sp\u00f4sobuje. Pam\u00e4t\u00e1m si e\u0161te dnes, ako som sa sp\u00fdtal doktora, \u010di by nepomohlo nejako zmeni\u0165 stravu. Odpove\u010f bola celkom stru\u010dn\u00e1: \u201eVo Va\u0161om pr\u00edpade s&nbsp;t\u00fdm strava nem\u00e1 ni\u010d spolo\u010dn\u00e9, ale samozrejme neubl\u00ed\u017ei, ak by ste sa stravovali zdravo\u201c. V&nbsp;tom \u010dase som mal 18 a&nbsp;kon\u010dil som gymn\u00e1zium. Pri rie\u0161en\u00ed zdanlivo nerie\u0161ite\u013en\u00e9ho probl\u00e9mu to tak u\u017e b\u00fdva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00e1 tabletka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">Pri prv\u00fdch vyh\u013ead\u00e1vaniach na Googli som narazil na diskusn\u00e9 f\u00f3ra, kde sa \u013eudia s&nbsp;rovnakou diagn\u00f3zou sna\u017eili rie\u0161i\u0165 svoj probl\u00e9m rozli\u010dn\u00fdmi doplnkami v\u00fd\u017eivy. Hl\u00e1sili men\u0161ie \u010di v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie v\u00ed\u0165azstv\u00e1 pri pridan\u00ed \u201ez\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00e9ho\u201c aloe vera, \u0161peci\u00e1lneho typu vl\u00e1kniny, pr\u00edpadne nejak\u00e9ho enz\u00fdmu, \u010di vitam\u00ednu vo forme tabletky. Do tohto nekone\u010dn\u00e9ho kolobehu sk\u00fa\u0161ania rozli\u010dn\u00fdch suplementov som spadol aj ja. Trvalo asi tri roky experimentovania s&nbsp;r\u00f4znymi v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdmi doplnkami, k\u00fdm som si uvedomil, \u017ee zrejme h\u013ead\u00e1m odpove\u010f na zlom mieste. Do\u0161lo mi, \u017ee ke\u010f\u017ee ani doktori nemaj\u00fa odpove\u010f vo forme nejak\u00e9ho lieku, \u0165a\u017eko ju n\u00e1jdem vo forme nejak\u00e9ho z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00e9ho doplnku v\u00fd\u017eivy. T\u00fa \u010das\u0165 o&nbsp;tom, \u017ee strava s&nbsp;mojou diagn\u00f3zou nem\u00e1 ni\u010d spolo\u010dn\u00e9, som na\u0161\u0165astie nejako vypustil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Upratovanie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">Namiesto prid\u00e1vania \u201ez\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00fdch\u201c doplnkov v\u00fd\u017eivy som sa za\u010dal s\u00fastredi\u0165 na vyra\u010fovanie jed\u00e1l, ktor\u00e9 som pova\u017eoval za nezdrav\u00e9. Za\u010dal som teda t\u00fdm najzrejmej\u0161\u00edm. Cukor &#8211; biela kry\u0161talick\u00e1 l\u00e1tka, ktor\u00e1 je \u010dasto ozna\u010dovan\u00e1 ako vysoko n\u00e1vykov\u00e1 droga. Zbavi\u0165 sa cukru bolo naozaj n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9, no v&nbsp;momente ako som ho za\u010dal obmedzova\u0165 som c\u00edtil na sebe a&nbsp;svojom zdrav\u00ed, \u017ee sa uber\u00e1m spr\u00e1vnym smerom. \u010eal\u0161\u00edmi kandidatmi boli fastfood a&nbsp;polotovary. Vych\u00e1dzal som z predpokladu, \u017ee kvalita t\u00fdchto potrav\u00edn a&nbsp;ich zlo\u017eenie nebude asi najoptim\u00e1lnej\u0161ia. Predsa len, fastfood sa nem\u00f4\u017ee rovna\u0165 \u010derstvej dom\u00e1cej strave. Prizn\u00e1m sa, \u017ee zbavi\u0165 sa fastfoodu tak isto nebol jednoduch\u00fd po\u010din, a&nbsp;rovnako mi trval pomerne dlh\u00fd \u010das. Podobne ako pri obmedzen\u00ed konzum\u00e1cie cukru som c\u00edtil, \u017ee sa veci uberaj\u00fa op\u00e4\u0165 spr\u00e1vnym smerom. Zhodil som nejak\u00e9 kil\u00e1, ale st\u00e1le som c\u00edtil, \u017ee moje zdravie nie je tam, kde by mohlo by\u0165. V&nbsp;tom obdob\u00ed som vn\u00edmal jedlo len z&nbsp;h\u013eadiska kal\u00f3rii a&nbsp;chudnutie \u010di priberanie len z&nbsp;poh\u013eadu kalorick\u00e9ho pr\u00edjmu a&nbsp;v\u00fddaju. Bol to popul\u00e1rny koncept, na ktorom boli zalo\u017een\u00e9 v\u0161etky strat\u00e9gie chudnutia (di\u00e9ty). Mojim probl\u00e9mom v\u0161ak bolo v&nbsp;prvom rade zdravie a&nbsp;nie a\u017e tak prebyto\u010dn\u00e9 kil\u00e1, hoci dnes viem, \u017ee tieto veci so sebou s\u00favisia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Fasting &amp; Keto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">Pri \u0161tudovan\u00ed rozli\u010dn\u00fdch \u0161t\u00fdlov di\u00e9t som narazil na jednu, ktor\u00e1 sa z\u00e1sadne l\u00ed\u0161ila od ostatn\u00fdch. Kniha s n\u00e1zvom Renegade diet od Jasona Ferrugia bola o di\u00e9te, ktorej princ\u00edp spo\u010d\u00edval v&nbsp;tzv. intermittent fasting (preru\u0161ovanom p\u00f4ste). Zatia\u013e \u010do in\u00e9 di\u00e9ty sledovali \u010disto kalorick\u00fd pr\u00edjem a&nbsp;v\u00fddaj, tento pr\u00edstup bral do \u00favahy aj \u010dasov\u00fd interval (tzv. feeding window), kedy \u010dlovek prij\u00edma potravu. Tento koncept ma okam\u017eite zaujal a z\u00e1sadne zmenil m\u00f4j poh\u013ead na stravovanie. Pri jeho \u0161t\u00fadiu som zistil, \u017ee nie je kal\u00f3ria ako kal\u00f3ria, teda, \u017ee rozdielne potraviny maj\u00fa rozdielnu fyziologick\u00fa odozvu v&nbsp;tele, a&nbsp;\u017ee stav, kedy \u010dlovek neprij\u00edma \u017eiadne kal\u00f3rie je rovnako d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd, ako ich pr\u00edjem. Tieto procesy \u013eudsk\u00e9 telo ve\u013emi delik\u00e1tne reguluje pomocou r\u00f4znych horm\u00f3nov. Doktori v tom \u010dase dosahovali pri tomto \u0161t\u00fdle di\u00e9ty rovnako ako pri fastingu, v\u00fdborn\u00e9 klinick\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky. Pribli\u017ene pred dvoma alebo troma rokmi za\u010dal by\u0165 tento \u0161t\u00fdl stravovania op\u00e4\u0165 popul\u00e1rny vo svete fitnessu. T\u00e9ma vl\u00e1kniny si zasl\u00fa\u017ei vlastn\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nok, nako\u013eko je skuto\u010dne zauj\u00edmav\u00e9, ako sa nie\u010do, \u010do nem\u00e1 \u017eiadnu v\u00fd\u017aivov\u00fa hodnotu, dok\u00e1\u017ee sta\u0165 k\u013e\u00fa\u010dovou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou \u201czdravej\u201d stravy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Blog<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">Uvedomil som si, \u017ee je ve\u013ek\u00e1 \u0161koda, pokia\u013e sa d\u00edvame na na\u0161e telo len ako na nejak\u00fd termodynamick\u00fd stroj. Je za t\u00fdm toti\u017e ove\u013ea viac. Vol\u00e1 sa to biol\u00f3gia. L\u00ed\u0161i sa od \u010dloveka k \u010dloveku, no m\u00f4j experiment a v\u00fdpovede mnoh\u00fdch \u010fal\u0161\u00edch \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed sa o podobn\u00fd experiment pok\u00fasili, ma utvrdili v jednej veci. Napriek v\u0161etk\u00fdm rozdielom skuto\u010dne zdie\u013eame spolo\u010dn\u00e9 evolu\u010dn\u00e9 dedi\u010dstvo. Druh Homo tu za\u010dal existova\u0165 pred pribli\u017ene 2 mili\u00f3nmi rokov. Takmer cel\u00fd ten \u010das sa na\u0161i predkovia \u017eivili ako lovci.&nbsp; Po\u013enohospod\u00e1rstvo vzniklo pribli\u017ene pred 10 tis\u00edc rokmi [6] a n\u00e1stup priemyslu v tejto oblasti sledujeme pribli\u017ene posledn\u00fdch 200 rokov. Posledn\u00e9 desa\u0165ro\u010dia sledujeme alarmuj\u00faci n\u00e1rast v\u00fdskytu rozli\u010dn\u00fdch chronick\u00fdch chor\u00f4b. Mo\u017eno nie je teda a\u017e tak\u00fdm prekvapen\u00edm, \u017ee akon\u00e1hle som svoju v\u00fd\u017eivu za\u010dal s\u00fastredi\u0165 najm\u00e4 okolo m\u00e4sa, moje telo a zdravie sa skuto\u010dne posunulo k lep\u0161iemu. \u010ci sa n\u00e1m to p\u00e1\u010di, alebo nie, m\u00e4so bolo, a st\u00e1le je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dovou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou \u013eudskej v\u00fd\u017eivy a zdravia. Nie z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00fd doplnok stravy, detoxika\u010dn\u00e1 o\u010dista, \u010di najnov\u0161ia trendy di\u00e9ta. M\u00f4j pr\u00edbeh (a mnoh\u00fdch in\u00fdch) tento fakt iba pod\u010diarkuj\u00fa, a to je vlastne d\u00f4vod pre\u010do som sa rozhodol za\u010da\u0165 p\u00edsa\u0165 blog. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nok som nap\u00edsal v zime 2020 a celkom dlho som v\u00e1hal s jeho publikovan\u00edm. Asi som \u010dakal na ten spr\u00e1vny moment, alebo mi len ch\u00fdbala odvaha &#8211; naozaj neviem. Budem sa sna\u017ei\u0165 pravidelne p\u00edsa\u0165 o tom, \u010do ma moje nekone\u010dn\u00e9 lifestylov\u00e9 experimentovanie nau\u010dilo a st\u00e1le u\u010d\u00ed. Mo\u017eno to sn\u00e1\u010f \u010dasom niekomu pom\u00f4\u017ee tak ako mne.
